Officially support for Evesham Technology products is currently coming from a company called Total Care and Support at cost of £4.99 a month for each product you have. Total Care and Support is a company stemming from Time Computers who had a reputation of previously delivering less than satisfactory customer service. Considering that Evesham Technology are no longer supporting warranty repairs, you are free to obtain support from any source so you don’t have to feel tied to the Total Care package put in place by the new Evesham directors.

Perhaps you know a local repair shop? They should be able to help you take care of problems. Infact if you live in the South of England between Bournemouth and Southampton, Deanssite offers support from students in this area at great rates.
